You are minutes away from Professor’s Lake (just south of Bovaird) and the soccer fields at Sesquicentennial Park.

  • My Take: This location acts as a "Gateway." You get the newer homes of Springdale, but you are still close enough to the Highway 410 ramps to commute easily.

The Price Reality

Springdale is not "entry-level." Because of the larger lot sizes (40-45ft frontages) and finished basements, you are paying a premium over the older L6T sections. However, the rental income potential from legal basements here is among the highest in the city due to the hospital staff demand.
